True Love Waits Rally - Orange County Convention Center, Room 209 A/B/C. No cost, limited seating of 300. This rally is designed to motivate, encourage, and continue the message of True Love Waits, launched with a national display in 1994 at the SBC in Orlando. Following the rally at 7:45 a.m., students and others who may want to help will put up a display in the grassy area in front of the Convention Center.
